You’ll get direct access to me for feedback, check-ins, and accountability - so it feels like having a coach in your pocket. I’ll guide your progress week by week, make adjustments as needed, and keep you locked in on your goals. This isn’t just a program - it’s an ongoing partnership focused on helping you perform, look, and feel your best.
No - but it helps. I design every plan around your current setup. If you’ve got a full gym, we’ll maximise it. If you’re training from home, I’ll tailor your program to bodyweight, resistance bands, or minimal equipment. What matters most is your consistency - not the location.
